Favorite Pins Friday- Volume 2

Did you check out Last Week's Favorite Pin's Friday?  Read it now HERE.

Here are my favorite pins I've found this week on Pinterest.  Make sure you pin them to your own boards for easy reference, or pin the main image from this post to keep them all in one place!  I hope you enjoy!

Zesty Zucchini Tots-  Zucchini is a late summer vegetable that tends to be pretty inexpensive this time of year, so I've been looking for new ways to make it rather than just boiled.  I'm thankful my kids eat it fairly well, and they do love my Healthy Zucchini Fries.  This will be a new recipe for us, and I'm excited to try it out and put my own spin on it.  Our grocery store just put out some yellow zucchini from a local farm, and I'm wondering how it would do in this?

DIY Sequin Pillow-  I can't wait to make a few of these for my couches to decorate the house for the holidays!  It's going to be my quest to find a few cheap sequin skirts so I can limit my sewing, but if push comes to shove I can always pick up sequinned fabric at JoAnn's Fabric fairly easily.  But it will give me a perfect excuse to scour the clearance racks at the mall weekly!

Faux Succulent Wreath-  I'm obsessed with front porch wreaths, and this one is simply stunning.  I love the colors!  This looks a bit more "fall" to me with the pops of orange and purple, but switching out to succulents more overall green would make this great for a year round wreath.

Home Decor:

Front Porch Stick Ladder- I love the look of this for my front porch!  I've got the perfect corner where the porch butts up against the garage, and there's only a bit of space between it and the windows for my dining room.  This looks like a pretty easy and fun project I can make in a weekend that will really spruce up the area, and I can switch out the flowers with other decorations based on the holidays.

Money Saving:

Stocking up on canned goods- Who doesn't like saving some money buying groceries?  I'm going to use her strategies to stockpile my own pantry with canned goods.  Living with my income being so sporadic as a self employed freelancer, I'm always looking to save a buck where I can, and stocking up when prices are good is so essential to keeping food on the table for my family without sacrificing other areas of our budget.

Thanks so much for reading!  Don't forget to PIN any of these on your own Pinterest boards for future reference and of course check out my delicious recipes and crafts on the blog.  See you next time!
